Return Policy

At Dubs Scrubs, your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date.

To Return or Exchange have two easy options:

  1. In-Store Returns/Exchanges: “Find a Store near you” where the customer can click and be directed to store locations.
  2. Mail-In Returns/Exchanges:
    Ship the item(s) along with a copy of your receipt to the following address:

If you would like to make an exchange, please note “exchange” on the receipt and indicate the replacement items you would like

Important Return Guidelines:
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached.
✔ Footwear must be unworn, clean, and in original box and condition.
✔ We cannot accept returns on items that are embroidered, screen-printed, or otherwise customized.
✔ Refunds exclude original shipping and handling fees, unless the item was manufacturer-defect when shipped
✔ Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective upon arrival.
